After earning his Business Degree from Angelo State University, Chad Decker gained over 15 years of experience working for three prominent homebuilders in The Woodlands/Houston area. In 1999, Chad formed his own company and began building custom homes. In 2005, he and his family relocated back to the San Angelo area. Chad is a true custom home builder with experience, flair for design and a reputation for excellence and quality. Chad understands the importance of a properly placed and designed foundation and applies his experience to make sure the components you can’t see behind the walls and ceilings are constructed above and beyond the building codes. He offers the best personal, on-site and hands-on supervision which leads to the ultimate satisfaction of every home buyer. Chad will listen to your needs and concerns regarding the size, budget limitations and design of your new home.

Chad is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Texas Association of Builders, is a REGISTERED builder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission and the City of San Angelo. He also serves as the Immediate Past President for the HBA of San Angelo Board of Directors and Secretary for the Wall Little League Board of Directors.
